What price an Africa agenda?

If, as expected, Labour secures its first stint in office for 14 years following Britain’s general election on 4 July, one of its foreign policy challenges will be to overhaul an increasingly chaotic and incoherent approach to Africa. This coincides with a wider loss of influence on the continent by other western powers such as France and the United States.
