Côte d'Ivoire's Public Prosecutor, Raymond Tchimou, is leading a crackdown on corruption in the cocoa industry, which accounts for 40% of world supply. ($22 mn.) purchase of a 102-year-old Nestlé factory in Fulton, New York state, United States, by one of Côte d'Ivoire's cocoa institutions, the Fonds de Régulation et de Contrôle.
