Who's counting?

When Southern Sudan's President Salva Kiir Mayardit said this month that he was 'unhappy and unsatisfied' with the census results, he was pointing to the next major clash between his Sudan People's Liberation Movement and the National Congress Party (aka National Islamic Front). The results determine constituencies for February's elections and the 2011 Southern independence referendum. In 2007, Salva had already complained of the 'deliberate intention of the NCP to kill the CPA' (Comprehensive Peace Agreement). Things won't improve.
