Opposition politicians seeking an explanation for the continuing grip on power of some of the more authoritarian Francophone leaders may find guidance from the Nu Health Clinic in Notting Hill, London. The Clinic says that its revolutionary HLB blood test (developed by Heitan, Legarde and Bradford in the 1930s) has been used by its Dr. David Schweitzer to treat several eminent people, including Togolese President Gnassingbé Eyadèma and Central African Republic President Ange-Félix Patassé.
