More information is emerging about ex-President Laurent Gbagbo’s former Youth Minister, Charles Blé Goudé, leader of the Jeunes Patriotes. He has been living in luxurious exile in Ghana, in the upmarket Accra district of East Legon with a villa and several cars at his disposal, according to sources in Abidjan and Accra. He divides his time between Accra and Cotonou, Benin, where his wife, daughter and son are staying, we hear. Mainly, he is to be found in Accra, unmolested by the Ghanaian authorities.
