Goma under siege

Massive human rights abuses, including the murder and rape of refugees and blockades of humanitarian aid, have been committed by the Rwandan army and the M23 militia group it supports, as well as the Congolese army (FARDC) and allied militias, according to a new report by Human Rights Watch.
