'No money back' row

Nordic development aid donors are in dispute with the United Nations over an attempt to get their grants back once corruption has been discovered in UN projects. Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden are renegotiating their agreements bilaterally with UN agencies. Oslo is tackling those with headquarters in New York: the UN Development Programme, the UN Children's Fund, the UN Population Fund, and UN Women, says the specialist Nordic newsletter, Development Today.
