Ritual killings spark riots

Three days of clashes in Bangui sparked by the discovery of the corpses of two young boys on 31 May, believed to have been ritually murdered, show the growing fragility of the regime of President François Bozizé. His security forces killed at least twelve people and wounded a dozen others as mayhem broke out in the capital. This will only strengthen opposition to President Bozizé.
