However, his political survival now looks at greater risk since the 19 June arrest and arraignment in Dar es Salaam of Harbinder Singh Sethi, disputed owner of Independent Power Tanzania Limited, and James Rugemalira, former IPTL minority shareholder, for 'economic sabotage', money-laundering and related charges.
