Hemeti struggles to launch in Nairobi, again

Kenyan diplomats and the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) under General Abdel Fattah al Burhan have waded into a new diplomatic row over plans by his rival General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo ‘Hemeti’ and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) to use Nairobi as base to launch a parallel government in Sudan.
